Mechanical repair warranty
- Retail customers: 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
- Commercial vehicles: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Our mechanical repair warranty covers both parts and labor.
Transmissions
When a transmission needs a full overhaul, we replace it, and the replacement is covered by our warranty.
How to use your warranty
Keep your repair order. If you have a problem with a repair we performed, call us at (903) 984-3536 or stop by 2601 U.S. Highway 259 North, and we will take care of it. Your repair order lists what is covered.
Road Hazard Protection
Your safety and peace of mind come first. Road Hazard Protection protects your tires from unexpected damage caused by everyday driving.
What is covered.
If a tire is damaged beyond repair by a common road hazard, such as a puncture, a pothole, or debris, we cover the full cost of the tire.
Your responsibility.
While the cost of the tire is covered, you pay for installation of the replacement tire and for road hazard protection on the new tire, so you stay protected on the road.
What is not included.
Flat repairs are not part of the plan. Our team is happy to repair a flat for an additional cost.
