Fleet Program Repair in Kilgore, Texas
Fleet vehicles are a big part of our business, and we treat them that way. If your vehicle is managed by a fleet program, we handle the repair and the paperwork through the program, and we get your driver back on the road. Honest Work Done Right.
How it works
A tip that saves time
Many fleet programs require the fleet manager to approve larger repairs. When the work goes over your program's limit, AutoIntegrate sends the approval request to your fleet manager. That is the one step that can slow a repair down, because the repair waits until the fleet manager responds. If your driver tells the fleet manager to watch for an approval request, the repair moves faster.
Step 1: Tell us your fleet program.
When you arrive, let us know which fleet company manages your vehicle.
Step 2: Tell us what you need.
Tires, brakes, an engine noise, or anything else. Tell us your biggest concern and we will take it from there.
Step 3: We build the ticket.
We enter your concern into AutoIntegrate. If your vehicle needs a diagnosis, we do that first. If you need tires, we measure the tread depth and record it.
Step 4: Your fleet program approves the work.
The program reviews the ticket and approves or declines the work. They may add maintenance while the vehicle is here, such as an oil change or a fluid service.
Step 5: We do the work.
Once the work is approved, our technicians get started.
Step 6: You pick up and sign.
Everything is handled through AutoIntegrate, so billing is simple and your driver does not carry the paperwork.

Questions drivers ask
What do I need to tell you when I arrive?
Tell us which fleet program manages your vehicle and what you need. If you have a concern, such as a noise, a warning light, or worn tires, tell us that too.
Who approves the repair?
Your fleet program does. We enter the ticket into AutoIntegrate, and the program approves or declines the work. They may also add routine maintenance, such as an oil change, while your vehicle is here.
Why is my repair waiting?
Most fleet programs set a dollar limit. When the work goes over that limit, the approval request goes to your fleet manager. The repair starts as soon as the fleet manager approves it.
Do I handle any paperwork?
Very little. Everything runs through AutoIntegrate. When you pick up your vehicle, you sign and you are done.
Do you do maintenance, or only repairs?
Both. We handle tires, brakes, batteries, diagnostics, oil changes, fluid flushes, and routine maintenance, so your vehicle can be fully taken care of in one visit.
